Exchange & Returns

  • All items are non-refundable.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and have changed your mind please keep all your original accessories with the original packaging and in condition it was sold, we will offer you the equivalent exchange. If there is any fault with the product it must be evident at the point of return.
  • With all our phones we offer 14 days to check and test the product is functioning and meets your requirements, if any faults occur in this period we will attempt to resolve the issue or present you with an exchange. We also offer a 3 month software warranty with all our phones. Any visible misuse to the device such as water damage and impact is not covered and will void the warranty.

 

Used Phones

  • All used phones are tested prior to display and sale. We strong recommend and advise the customers to take your time in checking the device is operational and meets your requirements before you leave the shop.

 

Setting Functions

  • We are able to help customers on a basic function e.g. Switching handsets on and off, making calls, time, setting theme and basic menu browse.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any internet setting configurations as it can vary from different network to mobile phone brands and models. Please ask you network service provider.

 

Repairs and unlocking

  • Any product booked in for unlocking or repairs are assumed and put forward by the rightful owner and as such are responsible for full payment and collections.
  • Please note that after any unlocking or removing of security code has been done, should the network choose to block the phone it does not affect the job you have paid for. Full payment is still required.
  • We advise all customers to check and test all repairs before taking their item away.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data caused by repair. We advising backing the phone up before all repairs and unlocking.
  • If the repaired item is not collected within 28 days after the initial booked date, we will sell the product to recover costs of the repair.
